Mentorship begins with a willingness to listen, encourage, and share what you have learned. It is a way to put faith into practice through a personal relationship.
Preparing to serve
- Be at least 21 years old and in good standing in the Church.
- Seek your priest’s blessing to serve as a mentor.
- Complete the required mentor vetting and training process.
- Share relevant experience or professional qualifications for your area of mentorship.
The team will walk you through expectations, preparation, and onboarding. An inquiry is a first conversation, not a commitment to begin mentoring.
